Margaret Parker
Born on May 23, 1949 in Chula Vista, California. B.A. with Honors in Sociology from San Diego State University, 1971. Juris Doctorate (with Honors), Western State University, College of Law, 1984; Editor-in-Chief of Law Review, 1983-1984.
Margaret "Maggie" Parker has over 25 years of litigation experience in general tort litigation and complex litigation. She has tried multiple jury trials to verdict, including premises liability cases involving serious injuries and the application of the Uniform Building Code to liability situations. She has also tried auto accident cases of varying types and severity of injuries. In addition she has tried court trials involving insurance declaratory relief actions and commercial landlord/tenant disputes and construction defect cases. Her current practice emphasizes complex litigation and construction defect defense as well as matters involving homeowners' associations and property management companies.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Parker was a Correctional Officer and a Probation Officer with San Diego County.
Admitted to practice law by the State of California in 1985. Also admitted to U. S. District Court, Southern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Born April 16, 1976, Sevan received his B.A. in Political Science, Cum Laude, in May of 1999 from California State University, Long Beach. He received his Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law in May of 2004.
Admitted to the practice of law in the State of California in June of 2005, Sevan is also admitted to the U.S. District Court in the Central District of California.
Practice areas include construction defect litigation and civil litigation. Sevan is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA).

Admitted to the practice of law by the State of Michigan, 1980. Admitted to the practice of law by the State of California in 1988. Also admitted to U.S. District Court, Southern and Central Districts of California.
Ms. Brooks possesses expertise in complex tort, product liability and insurance litigation, including first and third party coverage, bad faith and agent liability. Her practice includes these areas as well as construction defect and personal injury.
Memberships: Southern California Defense Counsel, American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association. Has serve as Mediator, and judge Pro Term for the Orange County Superior Court as well as a Mediator for the American Arbitration Association.
