Margaret Parker

Born on May 23, 1949 in Chula Vista, California. B.A. with Honors in Sociology from San Diego State University, 1971. Juris Doctorate (with Honors), Western State University, College of Law, 1984; Editor-in-Chief of Law Review, 1983-1984.

Margaret "Maggie" Parker has over 25 years of litigation experience in general tort litigation and complex litigation. She has tried multiple jury trials to verdict, including premises liability cases involving serious injuries and the application of the Uniform Building Code to liability situations. She has also tried auto accident cases of varying types and severity of injuries. In addition she has tried court trials involving insurance declaratory relief actions and commercial landlord/tenant disputes and construction defect cases. Her current practice emphasizes complex litigation and construction defect defense.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Parker was a Correctional Officer and a Probation Officer with San Diego County.

Admitted to practice law by the State of California in 1985. Also admitted to U. S. District Court, Southern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Born and raised in Simi Valley, CA, Bryan began his educational career upon graduating with a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Cum Laude from the University of Arizona in May 2002. He then proceeded to receive his J.D. from Loyola Law School in May 2005.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2005, Mr. Zaverl is also a member of the American Bar Association.
